As the Government works towards key carbon reduction targets, grants have been made available for insulation and sustainable heating installation. You do not need to be on benefits to qualify.

Grants are subject to qualification and survey, grant assessments require a site visit and a non-refundable assessment fee is charged at £49 + VAT, this fee is waved if on benefits. Paying for a grant assessment is not a guarantee you will qualify for a grant.

Grants for private landlords
