Often Asked Questions
Are grants really free?
Yes! In most cases it is free, though there are cases where a customer contribution may be required. However, this is all presented to you beforehand, so you can decide for yourself if you wish to proceed. These are Government initiated grants made available via Energy Agents such as Target CO2 and regulated by OFGEM.

Will I be eligible?
Unlike many schemes, you do not need to be on benefits to qualify. Grant eligibility is based on various criteria relating to the owner of the property, the energy efficiency of the property, what products we can fit and how much it improves the EPC.
Find out if you qualify here.
Can I choose which work I want?
Of course you can; provided the products you choose still hit the project score required for eligibility. We will assess your property and discuss which products are suitable and guide you through what options are available. Then, it’s your choice!
Can I access the grants myself?
No, customers cannot apply on their own. Applications must be made by energy agents (such as Target CO2) who can deliver the grant for you.
